How did you become "spiritual"? For the most part when I ask people this, they reply that they always were, but they forgot,  the innate nature of it was trained out of them in childhood. 

My Dad was a vicar who became a wiccan. But my first real church was nature. It was gardens, my Grandparent's gardens in particular. It was feeling connected to birds, flowers, lightning, grass even... It is with nature that many of you seem to have that first connection, that lush divine, 'something something'. 

What comes after this, be it religion, school, apathy, life, work, career, parenthood, partying will eventually be interrupted by that spirited call again. The song of your heart finding its way to your attention  through events, trauma, growth, creativity, daring.... 

How did you become spiritual my love? And more importantly, how did you remember this spirituality just when you most needed it?
