A one hour private session (three people) with Alice Grist for you and your friends. An hour session, conducted by Zoom, allows for a mini reading each and a beautiful and healing guided meditation, followed by a gentle intention setting exercise to carry you towards your hopes and goals.
These sessions are spiritually themed for the needs of your group. A beautiful way to connect with likeminded friends and family whilst invigorating your spiritual self!
If you wish to undertake this session with more people, the time will need to be extended.
