December 2018 Tarot Reading

It's December, and I am really pleased to introduce my free monthly readings, alongside the usual weekly ones. So let's see what December 2018 has in store... 

December 2018 - The Devil and The Ace of Cups

What a year, what a year... And it's not over yet. December is a month of consolidation. Where all that you have learned and lived through is bedded in. The card, The Devil, is a stark warning against overwhelm, temptation and addiction. And of course it's the season to be jolly. But what is jolly? Is it a big old drunken mess? Is it overindulgence in spite of knowing better? Is jolly, really still jolly when it wakes up next to your married boss? Okay those are some extreme examples... But The Devil is giving us a heads up to remind us of our weaknesses, so that we may stay well alert for them, without being blinded by the sparkling lights and beautiful temptations. If you want to make the most of all 2018 has taught you, self control, and awareness are called for. Don't follow the herd to oblivion... 

On the other side of this, and to balance things out, we have the Ace of Cups. Which suggests that if we stay in our personal awareness, we are going to be offered a new beginning. If we overcome the inner darkness, we get sparkly new loveliness. I'm not talking about gifts under a tree, but self love, transformation and all kinds of inner fulfilment. So allow your burrterfly to expand, and as she does so, trust the new and intriguing places and thoughts that arise. By putting our devil firmly in the past, we get fresh green roots. Let your roots feel their way...

The week ahead - Mon 3rd Dec... The Chariot

Start the week, the month off, by seeing how far you have come. The past year has tested the life out of you. It has not been easy. But you made it through, and your heart is bigger as a result. Which means that maybe you feel extra emotional or sensitive, this is not a failure, this is feeling. And you need that feeling right now so that you might grow bigger and better. Let this week see all the tears flow, and as they do, the worry will subside. You are guided, you are loved, and you have entirely survived the difficulties. Take stock, say a prayer of thanks, move forward with your heart on your sleeve.
