Hello Alice. Just saw your vlog and it made me cry. Had my own crisis last year. We went holiday whilst I was in the midst of a health scare. I was frantic with worry, getting panic attacks, pins and needles in my face, palpitations the lot. And at the same time I was pretending everything was fine in front of my teenage children. We were planning where to go on a day our when we saw details of a couple of castles. I plumped for Drumlanrig. On the way there I was asking for some support from the universe just to get me through this difficult time. We arrived at the castle and headed straight for the cafe for lunch. There on the place mat was a large Purple Heart with a pair of angel wings. This was the emblem of Drumlanrig castle and for me, in that moment, a perfect image of spiritual healing.
